THE HOUSE
Edzell is a five bedroom holiday house which can accommodate up to 10 people located on the shores of Lake Jindabyne, near to Kosciusko National Park and the ski resorts of Thredbo and Perisher Blue Cow.
Edzell is a non-smoking house. It is not wheel chair friendly as there are a number of small steps that split the various levels within the house. Children, families and groups of friends are most welcome. No pets.... our garden has no fences and is very popular to many species of shy native birds.
EDZELL
Edzell is a 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom house which can accommodate up to 10 people. It offers a self contained style of holiday rental and is only booked to one party. The large house sits within its own private, landscaped garden on the rim of Lake Jindabyne.
It has extensive views across the lake to snow capped mountain ridges and changing sky. An infinite number of stars sparkle above the house at night.
The house features granite stonework, wood panelling, rafted ceilings and many inclusions aiming to create a very comfortable and most enjoyable summer or winter holiday destination.
LIVING SPACES
There are two lounge rooms in Edzell. The front room has seating for 10, a wood burning stone fireplace, granite bar, air-conditioning, Blueray TV and views across the lake.
The rear lounge area has seating for 4, SKY TV, DVD, wood burning combustion stove, bar area, air- conditioning, Pool Table, Fooseball table and views into a secluded flower garden.
The house offers complimentary WiFi.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 (upstairs) Queen bed with a full ensuite with spa bath and lake views.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) Queen bed with a ensuite and garden outlook.
Bedroom 3 (downstairs) Queen bed with a shared bathroom and garden views.
Bedroom 4 (downstairs) Two single beds with a shared bathroom and view to a garden water feature.
Bedroom 5 (upstairs at rear) King Bed which can be split into two singles with an ensuite and lake views.
BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1 (ensuite), spa bath, shower cubicle, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bathroom 2 (ensuite), shower cubicle, basin and toilet.
Bathroom 3 (shared between 2 bedrooms) has a shower, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bathroom 4 (ensuite) has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Another toilet and hand basin is adjacent to the rear lounge room.
KITCHEN/DINING
A fully equipped modern kitchen has all the necessary items for preparing meals for 10 people. The kitchen has a induction cooktop, large oven, microwave, 2 dishwashers, fridge/freezer, ice maker, large pantry and a full set of utensils. The kitchen bar seats 5.
The oak dining table in the separate sunken dining room seats 10.
The house has 2 BBQ's - one uses gas and the other is a larger wood burning BBQ.

LAUNDRY/DRYING ROOM
A full laundry and drying room is available in the house. It has a washing machine, tumble clothes dryer, bench, sink, clothes hanging line, iron, ironing board, drying shelves and blow heater.
A full clothes line is situated outside.
A lockable cupboard is available for putting away skis.
